At Two Sapiens, we offer leather products in the finest leather at the highest standard. Leather is a natural, durable and flexible material. Each hide is unique with individual characteristics which may be visible on our products. These features may include small scars, creases, wear off or variation in colour which are not manufacturing defects.

Our products are guaranteed through a one year warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects such as rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on our products. Coverage is void if damage is caused by unreasonable wear or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from personal contents from within, or if you’ve changed your mind. Products purchased from any retailer other than through our online store are not eligible for coverage. Final Sale items are not protected by Two Sapiens’s warranty policy and are not returnable.

Repairs will be made whenever possible, but, subject to the availability of necessary parts and materials. We will make every effort to match the original color style of your product, however, we cannot guarantee that repaired items will be an exact match to the original. If a repair can not be made, we will send a replacement or if a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit for your purchase price.
